We are very fortunate to have Lorraine McIntyre to teach several computer classes for us this season. Lorraine is a credentialed Adult Education Instructor and has taught computer classes for 10 years. She started two successful computer education programs in the Sacramento area, including one for seniors. Her love of people and passion for teaching makes her students feel at ease and eager to learn more.

Introduction to Computers – 4 weeks $30

This class slow paced for beginning students or those wanting to know more about: The Start Menu and Files and Folders. You will learn the parts of the computer, how to turn it off and on, all about the start menu, where to find your programs, how to understand and use files and folders and much more.

This class is designed to help you keep your computer healthy through 3 processes, playing with the Paint Program and customizing your windows with different colors, sizes, and appearances.
Internet and E-mail Class – 4 weeks $30
Thurs. 10:00-12:00 - Feb. 23, March 1, 8, 15
You will learn how to surf the internet, book a trip on line, create an e-mail account and use and understand e-mail.
Microsoft Word ’07 and ‘10 – 3 day class $30
